We take you from the very first idea to the final spectacular renovation result.

right in front of your eyes, months before even a single nail is pulled.

Flooring and backsplash choices shown at scale.  Pot lights basting the space with a warm glow.

Decorative light fixtures being shown as they will be.  Even the paint colour. 

The exciting news is that a full 3D Artificial Reality mode is coming.

Over the years we have found this to be a very important way to let our clients dream of what will be without there being any bad surprises in the end.  Many clients are put at ease because they can feel confident that they will love the final result.

On this page, we display just the 3D images. 

Below are some 3D renderings created for renovations that were completed and some for renovations that were proposed but did not go to contract.   This is a sad fact of life that some of these spaces don't really exist but this is why the NKBA has created a Design Award Category called "CREATIVE CONCEPT" because many wonderful ideas end up on the trash heap of history.
